I like problems where the physics is difficult, the business case matters, and the answer eventually has to work on a factory floor.

I grew up around a family-owned automation company and built my career at the intersection of engineering, applications development, and business. Today that means helping shape Photon's growth while staying close to the technical work that makes the company different.

I am especially interested in laser materials processing, batteries, advanced manufacturing, and the operating systems required to scale a technical business without losing speed or judgment.

I lead early customer discovery, define the technical risk, shape the development plan, and help turn a validated process into production capital equipment. The role spans proposal architecture, commercial strategy, major customer decisions, and delivery risk across battery, automotive, aerospace, energy storage, defense, and other emerging applications.
